Designed, prototyped and assembled complex gear and generator systems that converted energy from footsteps into harvest-able electric power using parts made from processes such as additive manufacturing, standard machining, and precision 2D cutting.
Modified and redesigned parts for manufacturing processes including plastic injection molding, CNC machining, metal injection molding, powder metal and stamping.
Created engineering drawings for manufacturers using (GD&T).
