Led all mechanical efforts to create robots and supporting accessories to quickly and accurately print information, such as wall locations and critical points, on the floor of construction sites. This included all 3D design and corresponding documentation, such as drawing with appropriate GD&T.

Collaborated with industrial designers, firmware engineers, NPI and electrical engineers to design, analyze, prototype, and create the next generation robotic platform using injection molding, bent sheet metal, CNC machining, urethane casting, 3D printing. 

Identified, analyzed and fixed hardware issues and failures on the first generation robot via an ECO process, reducing MTBF from weeks to years.

Hired, managed and mentored a team of three mechanical engineers.
